We recently bought new luxury vinyl flooring for our home. The entire experience with the ZAP flooring company was GREAT!!! We actually stopped in their store by accident and met Jessika, who was wonderful to deal with, from the second we walked in. She was very helpful with product info, pricing, options, delivery and always got back to us ASAP if on the rare occasion she didn’t answer her phone immediately. We will always recommend this company for vinyl flooring.

After going to Lowe’s and Home depot for floor Vinyl discovered ZAP on Powerline Road in Pompano Beach. The permshield flooring is tough and durable and better than other products on the market. What ‘sold me’ was 22 mill wear layer vs 8-9 mill thickness and it’s 100% waterproof (live off Intracoastal) Bought 85 cases and returned 10 unopened cases for a full refund. No hassle. Good people mean good business.

My floor (coal espresso) with matching stairs is complete and I love it. However, the 5 star review is for the customer service that PermShield provides. Before I learned of the matching stairs I was looking for a stain that would compliment the floor. I thought the floor manufacturer might be able to recommend something. I called PermShield at 8:30 a.m. and a human being answered the phone. No press 1 for this or hold music, just a person. I told her what I was looking for and by 8:32 a.m. I was speaking to a product manager who patiently listened to me and told me about the bull nose stairs that were now available. I had a few bumps in the road due to my contractor and PermShield has been there with me every step of the way. I would gladly purchase this product again.

I bought a new house in Orlando Florida and it had very ugly floors. I called PermShield luxury vinyl flooring and Polly the sales agent took care of me. Let me tell you she is the best ! The sweetest ! the best customer service I’ve ever seen. She helped me from beginning to end. My installer found the product so easy to install that he did 1100 square feet all in one day! I love the company ! I love their customer service and their luxury vinyl floor is the best I’ve ever seen for a great price ! I recommend.

During the age of COVID where you might expect customer service to be a bit dicey, ZAP supplies a PermShield Dealer was exceptional. Polly, my sales rep, was knowledgeable, accessible, responsive, and extremely professional on every interaction. When she said she was going to do something, she did it. I didn’t even have to leave my couch ( I live in Orlando) I received my samples in the mail, she followed up. When I was unsure about the color and how it would look in my home she face-timed me. She even looked for pictures from prior customers. I ordered my product and it arrived in 1-2 days. It was neatly packaged and no broken pieces. I am so pleased with my high quality, commercial grade Golden Mocha floors and at half the price!!! Even my installer was impressed with the quality of the floors!
